Yes I dispute your claim. Default is max 3k. You can request to raise that amount with any Canadian banking institutions. It is a safeguard like many defaults at banks are initially set to lower limits.

Check your facts before you throw your anger tantrums. I increased the limits beyond 3k daily myself. It works. Albeit you can't change it above 10k per day which coincides with the weekly hard limit.
