Nice hypothesis but I suspect the failing is more likely to lead to the negativity rather than the other way around.
Not that I wish to imply that negativity implies that one is an unsuccessful trader - I think that this game attracts social misfits etc and we see them all at T2W and ET. I got into trading because I like numbers and patterns and got sick of having bosses - which is not a sign of someone who's good at sucking up to everyone and making them feel good

Jasmine, I suspect that the above thoughts may have a lot to do with he way these places degenerate. I also think there is a pattern/cycle where people ask or help and then gradually find it all tedious (or get insulted once or twice) and the way they use this particular toilet deteriorates.
