I don't think it matters since I don't think Obama has the gonads to participate in an attack on Iran. He would rather wait until there is a nuclear exchange in the region before doing anything other than talking.

As someone who actually worked on missile systems in the Navy, you shouldn't be worried about the failure of every single one of the mind-numbing array of fail safes that are necessary to arm, launch and detonate a nuclear device.
But, you should be damned concerned that if it ever became necessary, the procedure people are required to follow in order to get a live one in the air actually functions under the "fog of war."
