Iran will have a nuke, no way around it. It might better stabilize the region. Can we just remove that whole desert and shoot it into space? Lets work on that weapon.

I'd short the market, it may have rallied other times, but I'd guess it wouldn't like the dollar action.

Yeah, there was a lot of yapping about the Rod from God back in the 80's when the whole Star Wars defense idea was in vogue.

But, the US has actually had a device since '97 that is speculated to be able to reach hardened targets a couple hundred feet underground.

Only problem is that it's thermonuclear, the B61 Mod 11.
