You have to see the ad in the context of the massive propaganda effort underway to demonize and devalue men, in particular white men, along with typical male ways of thinking and acting. The real end-result here isn't to encourage positive male behavior, but rather male submission and acquiescence.
If you doubt that, ask yourself why the ad (and the propaganda campaign at large) conveys its message via scolding and exaggerated stereotypes of bullying, physical violence, and rape, rather than building on age-old concepts of personal honor, virtue, and character that were once used to channel male strength and energy in a socially positive direction.
These concepts have been long discarded from the popular consciousness, because male strength and energy isn't actually what those crafting the message want to see.
