Perma bulling.. They guy was up to something I suspected ages back. That pattern was reminiscent of a guy trying to drive naieve investors his way. As an admin friend on a different forum (little one) I would read the PMs sometimes if a guy was flagged a lot and several times I saw guys looking for OPM.

Or just insane, in which case he about normal here ;) screaming everybody mortgage your houses to buy at the top..and..
