I'm not sure why you brought this up again when you and I talked about it. Kap's protest was the dominion of the NFL. He was an employee and protested during employer time. It was not subject to the 1A. It was a question of company policy.
People protesting on a public road are subject to 1A.
Because Kaps protest was legal..only issue was whether his employer was ok with it.
Blocking roads in a protest is ILLEGAL.
