Whats all this the polls were rigged stuff?

I do which is why I believed what happens 90% of the time would happen in 2016.I didn't think it couldn't happen just very unlikely.

Really? What part of 2016 felt like a normal election year for you? If anything you should've been expecting the unexpected. We've never seen an election like before.

Essentially, we have 51 popular vote elections for president. A more accurate way to poll would be to conduct 51 polls. The national pollsters could do this. They just don't want to spend the money.

This is your Hall of Famer.

You must be arguing with the voices in your head again.

Thats true but its going to take a lot more staff and other expenses to do in 50 states what they do in national polls. The top national pollsters polling the top 10 swing states is probably more realistic but even that would cost a lot for the pollsters that do weekly or multiple national polls a week.

but you said they were predicting a hillary win.
over and over and over
you talked about the polls predicting an obama victory... not an electoral college win.

Plus... their predictions had hillary up by very larger percentages until they unskewed.

They were crooked as can be until the last few weeks.

The vast majority of polls for months showed Hillary would get more votes than Trump, and she got 3 million more votes. You are right in saying nobody expected Hillary to get millions of more votes but lose the election.

I did, because 90% of the time the winner of the popular vote wins the election. The polls said she would win the popular vote, and she did by 3 million.

here is a review no one can dispute.

For the year or so leading up to november the vast majority of polls used templates that were skewed towards democrats and democrat voting groups. And we here at et were pointing out how skewed they were on a regular basis.

Then with about 2 to 3 weeks before the election, the polls started to move towards samples which we had been advocating... (we said the 2012 election should be the template) When the polls unskewed as we predicted ( or herded as 538 calls it) we saw the race tighten dramatically.

Had the polls used their final templates we would have known the race was close the whole time.

now here is my editorial...

The best thing about the crooked polls is the Justice Ginsburg probably believed them and did not retire on time. Now we will see if you can outlast republicans.
