Taking naps is fun.
Since its convenient for me, I'll share a picture. I can hear it now,. "thats just a photo you found on the internet" just like that guy who said i was gonna blow up and then didnt believe me when I posted a solid PnL.
yeah dont listen to those who tells you to trade more (in any way - either plausible or illusionary). Those are fantasy traders. Never made any money but still lurking around.. If you are not comfortable - dont trade. Its part of success to know when not to trade.
Get physical for few hours. Hobby like gardening will help to change your mind rhythm and unwind. Do whatever but dont sit near computer (xbox, TV, phone, tablet) when you are not trading/researching/learning..

I think you need to spend some more time learning. You won’t get there otherwise.
