what is wrong with IB today

they still have issues tonight.
just home from work - data stopped here at ~0940 CST.
now, TWS is disconnecting/reconnecting multiple times.
currently - connected!
:)

*well, it appears i have connectivity issues as well-wow

IB really should discontinue their "chat" service. Claiming that they offer this service seems to do them more harm than good. Got to agree with the poster on this.

I have had reasonable service using the message center ticket. Of course, if one's particular problem is somewhat urgent.....

Then, in email, they usually let you know they are discontinuing the email service :confused:.
 
Geez, I was thinking about opening an IB account, but you guys have convinced me to try elsewhere first. Can't afford to have the system go down and cut me off right in the middle of execu....
 
morning, anyone having problems logging in. we have been able to log into some of our accounts and the others just seem to hang there?

the problem seems similar to the one that occurred a few days ago, the charts aren't working, the settings have changed, the order page is empty
