The trouble with you is that you no longer believe profitable trading is possible. So you assume same is true for others and that they must be selling the system rather than trading it. Quite understandable. All curve fitted trading strategies don't work because the market maker (who is a living and kicking intelligent and greedy person) cannot be curve fitted. Therefore this type of system can only be sold and not be used for anything but demo trading of past prices. The holy grail is to defeat this intelligent being who has more money than you and who can move prices at will. There, I have given you the holy grail, or a large part of it. Would you know what to do with it. No, not really.
People fail because they don't understand the guy on the other side of the trade is after their money. If they knew, perhaps they would have found a solution. It's a very interesting problem to solve and it took me years and many prototypes.
As you are an iPad casino player, solving such a complex problem could be beyond you. The best hope for you is probably to get lucky with a big bet and never to enter the market again. But luck rarely works in the market. If it did work once, it certainly would not repeat.
