Allowing for all Prop Firms / Banks / Whatever making money and loads of it, the only people that are losing to fund all of there staff / offices / bonus's bla bla bla, is RETAIL.
It's a huge game, rigged against Retail, but doesn't mean the individual retail traders if there smart can't reap huge rewards from intraday trading.

Retail traders can be smart in how they approach the markets.
The biggest challenge here is moving away from the myth of the 'untouchability' of the financial markets by us mere mortals; moving beyond so much of the misguided and regurgitated publications that abound; and actually showing the basic odds of success/failure that the retail trader is presented with.
Once this information is presented properly, retail traders will have a better chance of moving forward.
One thing I know is that there are some restaurants I would not go to for a meal because I know I can cook better at home. There is no reason why the same cannot apply to trading.
