As for killing political enemies and stealing billions from the people, you've pretty much described the US political engine perfectly.

Russians are corrupt, no doubt about it. But it's out in the open and all Russians know it. Only Americans (like yourself) are stupid enough to think that it doesn't happen here.

Im ok with trusting Medvedev on this point. As he should be an expert. He's said corruption is involved in 30% of the Russian economy. That i suppose are the Billions you were wondering about.

I'm one of these strange people that thinks when an outspoken critic of Putin dies of Polonium poisoning or suddenly finds themselves imprisoned, that Putin may have had something to do with it. But that's just me. Smart people would know Putin had nothing to do with these little difficulties his opponents seem to get themselves entangled in. I imagine smart people such as yourself know that Putin is working day and night to find and arrest these assassins and go after those who have given false testimony.

I can't decide. It is one or the other or possibly both blackmail for illegal or embarrassing activity the Russians know about and /or the need for Russian investment to bailout troubled properties. I wonder what Putin had on Obama and Hillary, given the fact that Obamas first action was to piull missile defense systems out of jordan, followed by hillary coming to him with an "Overcharged" button, followed by obama saying he would have more flexibility after the election.

Wasnt it Obama who said the 1980's called and they want their foreign policy back when Romney said Russia was our greatest geopolitical fo? Wasnt there alot of backslapping among liberals on that one?

This just seems bizarre that people can be dumb enough to forget what happened under Obama, and claim any meeting with russians is now treasonous.

We know that anything that would weaken NATO would please Putin. That anything that would wreak havoc in NATO countries would bring an ear to ear grin to Putin's countenance.

What does Trump want? Is it Russian silence? Or is it financing? Is it a loan on favorable terms through a Cyprus Corporation for his Son in law's troubled 666 Fifth Ave. property?

Who is the only person we know for a fact took millions of dollars from the russians? Hint it rhymes with Shrillary. Why wasnt the left concerned when Obama instantly pulled missile defense systems out of Jordan when he was elected, and they went in with the "Overcharged" button that was meant to say reset? Was the Obama admin not thinking they could somehow repair relationships with russia, or was obama a part of the russian conspiracy?

The only thing that will save them is for something really bad to happen so they can release a collective, I told you so.
