What is it that Trump and Kushner want from Putin?

We know that the Russian economy is in the dumper.
We know that Russia is a hopelessly corrupt country.
We know that Putin wants the sanctions lifted.
We know that Putin wants the Russian U.S. compounds back.
We know that Putin does not want competition for Gazprom's customers (Europe) he wants to block any gas pipeline that would supply natural gas to Europe in competition with Gazprom.
He wants higher prices for Russian oil and gas. (Does he therefore want to slow development of alternative energy? Is he less than enthusiastic about the Paris accord for example.
We know that anything that would weaken NATO would please Putin. That anything that would wreak havoc in NATO countries would bring an ear to ear grin to Putin's countenance.

What does Trump want? Is it Russian silence? Or is it financing? Is it a loan on favorable terms through a Cyprus Corporation for his Son in law's troubled 666 Fifth Ave. property?

Oh want a tangled web they weave!

Yes, Putin wants all those things, and we know all those things about Russia. What leader wouldn't want the best for his or her country? You make it sound like it is a crime to follow the oath of one's office.

So when you ask "what does Trump want", I am forced to say "probably what he believes is best for his country." You liberals might want to consider that every once in a while. This doesn't mean his choices are the correct ones. Just his motivation.
 
He's just another evil republican that wants 4% gdp growth. And the only reason he wants whats best for America is because he thinks that will make him look good. He just doesn't act like someone from the generic casting hollywood pc acting department usually sends us for the part.

The guy who scammed thousands of American over a fake university (and that's just one scam to list) and paid millions in damages now wants to do good to the same people he scammed.

He owns Russia, of course he wants what's best for his company just like I want what is best for the S&P. We should just have an election and let the people decide who or what they want as a president and then if we don't like the results we should just have another election every 4 years. Of course we would need an electoral college to make sure the cities don't gang up on the free states.

As for killing political enemies and stealing billions from the people, you've pretty much described the US political engine perfectly.

Russians are corrupt, no doubt about it. But it's out in the open and all Russians know it. Only Americans (like yourself) are stupid enough to think that it doesn't happen here.
