Sure. But rather than focusing on small specific studies look at the big studies.
The human body is complicated and scientific studies are tricky. But there are some universal patterns that seem to work:
1. Not too much carbs. Not too much fat. A good amount of Protein
2. Fiber is pretty good for you
3. Plants are great to eat. Meat isn't terrible to eat.
4. Total calories matter
5. Processed vs Natural (this is the biggest issue in my opinion)
