As I understand it, all of those have been disproven. I felt fantastic on it. It fixed some aching joints and I just felt good. It’s hard to maintain it because of social pressure though. Now I’m just following the Paleo diet which is very good as well. Carnivore was a good elimination diet. As I was adding things back I found a few paleo compliant foods that I didn’t tolerate.It certainly changes lives: higher levels of LDL cholesterol, increased risk of cardiovascular diseases, colon cancer and gout. Yeah!
