1. If I had an option, I’d have shorted DJT when it was trading in the 60s. Even with the borrow rates approaching crazy levels, it would have printed big-time. It’s still a short IMHO.

2. As a Republican, I am glad this happened. The dude got convicted for fraud, maybe the sane side of the party can now see him for what he is. Let’s replace him with someone sensible and someone younger.

Trump is still favored in the betting markets. Polymarket has him at 53-54 and Insight Prediction has him at 52.5-53.8. They are only down maybe a point or two since conviction.

I tend to think the markets are about right. Biden is too old, and T was harmed by Covid in the last election. Conviction probably costs T one percent. The economy is pretty good but people don't like the accrued inflation.

the evidence was pretty clear. Why can’t you all admit he committed a crime? He’s committed several, but his Republican sycophants keep protecting him.

I don't see how there can be any doubt Trump has committed numerous crimes.
It appears he will most likely win the election.
And DJT will ultimately approach its true value of zero.

All of these can be true.
