The questions you've asked were answered for those who followed the trial. Biden and DOJ had nothing to do with this trial. The case was brought by Alvin Bragg, who is the Manhattan DA... It was strictly a New York affair. Thus the appeal will go to the State appellate court, not the Federal appeals courts. The checks you asked about were introduced as evidence. This was not strictly a business records falsification trial, it was a falsification of records to cover up a crime case, which is more serious. Wouldn't you be better off not commenting if you know nothing?

You've been mentioning stuff that leads me to believe your using Mr. Trump as a source. That's the last person anyone would listen to if they wanted accurate information. He's in the entertainment business --- not someone to be taken seriously. By the way, he'll be sentenced on July 11th.
