The thing i found funny about this, is why anyone would want "revenge" on Romney to begin with. The guy has had zero impact on 99.99% of American peoples lives, he has never been in the position to do so, so why would you want revenge on the guy?

It would be like me saying I want revenge on Chris Matthews, because he pisses me off on T.V.

If you're talking about this fiscal year's budget, it's available online. Google is your friend.

As for being vague about a year, when it comes to climate that's probably a good idea, as well as qualifications like, "if present trends continue". We've all heard the caveat, "past performance does not guarantee future returns."
