What happens to your body when you eat oatmeal everyday

I have been eating oatmeal every morning for the past 3 weeks, but I've also had an itchy and runny nose for about the same amount of time. At first I thought it was just an allergy to something outdoors or something else but now I'm wondering if it's the oatmeal that giving me that reaction. This is the first morning that I haven't had oatmeal so I'm going to test it out and see if my symptoms go away over the next few days.
oh man I just ate oatmeal 10min ago and my nose is a bit tingly and itchy and i constantly want to blow it since i feel like it wants to keep running. It's subtle but i should probably watch out for this.

It's similar to the term "grass-fed beef" to me. Like what else besides grass do cows naturally eat? Are we supposed to pay more because the cows stood out in the pasture and just ate what they always eat anyway?
Actually most beef you buy in the store comes from cows that were fed more than 75% grain for most of their lives. If you ever see a feed lot you won't likely see a blade of grass. Grass fed beef is significantly leaner for any given cut, and I know people who are really into beef like my dad can blind taste test it 10 times out of 10 in one bite. And he's super conservative, thinks organics are a rip-off kind of guy and generally not a foodie at all, so it must really be noticable.
It costs more because it takes several more months to get a cow to market size letting it graze, so it's just a costlier process.
