so do they violate actual broker privacy, or do they just get aggregate information, from brokers, which are the customers to the exchange?
as a trader with an account through a broker, they are not customers of the exchange, so are you saying that they pierce the veil of privacy and know the actual sub-account of the actual trader / person or just the aggregate information representing the netted trades of that brokerage firm?
