What does it mean to be American? Unfortunately it means to be falling behind. For the first time in 20 years American life expectancy has dropped. People all over the world are living longer, getting healthier and living better but not in the US. What's growing is obesity, addiction, poverty and most importantly hate. This site is a bastion of the hate that is rearing its ugly head in the USA. Its the us against them mentality, blame the other person for our problems, blame the immigrants, blame Obama and Hillary, blame the Mexicans, blame unfair trade deals and of course Trump is here to safe the day, the biggest blamer of them all. Now even the FBI and the media are the enemy. I bet you get a warm fuzzy feeling when you hear Trump say that he is going to make America great again. But it does not work that way. America became great when everyone was working together, compromising and finding common ground not finding reasons to divide and blame. The extremism and the hate of the terrorist is bringing out the extremism and the hate of the far right. There is hope for the USA but right now things are going in the wrong direction.

Apparently to you, what it means to be "American" is to live in Canada and pay no taxes in the US. You preach that ordinary Americans should revolt and do dirty work to further your political agenda and perverse ideas yet do NOTHING at all to help yourself. You aren't wanted in Canada.
Canadians have far more backbone then Americans. You confuse mindless violence that Americans seem to love with real toughness. And what a stupid concept you are pushing, that health care is a commodity to be handled by a free market. It's that kind of ridiculous thinking that led to your problems in the first place. Corporations decided to find aspects of drugs and care that some people absolutely needed, then jacked up the prices due to insufficient regulations. In reality, Trudeau looks healthy and vibrant and Trump looks rather frail and orange hued. Kind of a metaphor of the progressiveness of Canada versus the declining state of the US trying desperately to turn back the clock 30-50 years.
