That's certainly what an uneducated, ignorant American might think about Canada, yes. But that says far more about you the person and your limitations then my wonderful country. And the US suffers a fair bit these days because far too many of it's citizen's are just like you.
The fact that you even exist and proudly post these ridiculous ideas doesn't reflect well on your nation and the social systems you grew up in.
