On December 5, 2008, only ten days before the electoral college votes, the nine Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court will meet in private to review Obama's citizenship status.
Leo Donofrio's case, "Leo C. Donofrio, v. Nina Mitchell Wells, Secretary of State of the State of New Jersey, United States Supreme Court Docket No. 08A407," regarding Obama's citizenship has reached a new level. The case has been "distributed for conference."
This docketing today by the court should send ripples of fear through the Obama camp. Obama has been proceeding at lightening speed to put together a cabinet and take possession of the White House with the hope that he won't have to answer the question of whether or not he was "at birth" a "natural born citizen."
Could be the NObama camp is counting on the disruptions which might result from his being declared ineligible... and maybe overlooked.... to avoid civil unrest.
Let's hope not for the sake of the Constitution and the future of America.
We must review all the information at hand before we decide everything is ok.

That report on his birth certificate is very long but worth reading.
Obama is not eligible but I am not sure how it will shake out. If enough states refuse to certify the election because he is ineligible then my guess is the Electoral College will vote HC as prez which, at this point would be a relief even to me.

Right. The Supreme Court will grant cert to that case and rule Obama ineligible to take office.
Spend your time on more plausible scenarios.
As far as the malls go, they are busy, but retailers are digging deep to cut prices and get the early shopper.
BB has a 50" Plasma (Samsung) for $799, and I've seen 1080p 42" Plasmas for as little as $599 (Panasonic).
These were probably 40% more last year.
It's insane.
Spend your time on more plausible scenarios.

No they will allow the suit that requires the sec of state of NJ to certify that Obama is eligible for the office he is on the ballot for.
So the Sec of State has to put her ass on the line and show how she determined his eligiblity. Since he can't prove his eligibilty she will have not choice other then to not certify Obama as the winner of the electoral votes.
This will go on in at least 10 states now where similar suits are being filed.
