LoL, all joke aside, I'm glad TS took care of you. Having a good customer service behind a great product is the best thing that can happen. At least they didn't route you to India. With the kind of money at stake, the last thing we need is platform problems.
 
slow day. IB tech support did call me and went through and took my logs to try to find the problem

The person I talked to appeared to really know his stuff and was for sure the best IB support person I have talked to in seven years.

Change in handle.

I requested that ET change my user ID as a result of my company (1Reason, Inc.) Assets being sold and the planned mothballing of the corporation.

I am going to test drive this for a while and if it feels a bit 'too' public perhaps I plead with ET and will revert back.

I also wish to give a big thank you to ET for granting my request.
 
Another day where I was able to do some paperwork as a result of no real trades on my radar screen coming up. LVS did manage to move up strongly in the open but faded back down most of the day further and further. LVS ended about $6 a share up slightly from Friday.

I booked a suite at Venetian for the new year as my wife wants to see the show Mamma Mia before the show ends. i will follow up my thoughts on the hotel from a customer point of view.

I did miss a trade with AEM by about one penny as I had a limit short order at 44.16 and it traded up to 44.15.

I did close out of the weekend carryover of HURN for a gain of + 428

The only actual day trade I had today was with TITN based on news after the close. Positive news came out sending the stock up. + 124

Very slow day today. Shorted BVN near the close and that was it for the whole day. I did scalp a few shares that that gives me a small profit for the day. Will be looking at the open tomorrow to work on BVN some more. + 15

Talk about Artic Tundra. It was -11F being displayed in my truck as I drove to the office today.

Not sure if its the holiday week, the cold or what but it sure was a slow trading day today. It did give me time to test out and try Multicharts which is a program I am looking at currently. So far the jury is out as the support seems to end if the afternoon.(Russian company so they are probably not wanting to stay up late enough to cover the American markets which is a negative in my mind)

LVS fell today and while the stock I hold lost value at least the options that I wrote Friday helped to ease the pain.

I did manage to scalp a little bit to make it worth while to at least come into the office.
