No, problem not solved but so far the tech response has been positive. I am as of this post down again with TS.
TS went down yesterday into the close and today about 30 mins before the close.
I sent an email to the tech guy and hopefully he will get back to me shortly

I would be buying a new lightning fast rig, pack it full of the fastest memory, load a fresh copy of xp pro, load TS and your strategy, and add the latest/greatest security programs. And have this as the trading terminal, no internet surfing, no extra programs.
Add a few extra contracts onto your daily size, and pay for it in a week. Save the receipts, and expense it at the end of the year as the cost of doing business.
