Quote from shortie:

remember his ~ Apr 16 2010 call: "we are 6 months from prosperity!"?

I see -- so he didn't really turn bearish. You gave me a scare.

Relentless selling so far today.

Quote from tradingjournals:

QQQQ at 57.17. At this price and higher, if I were a buyer, I would be worried. Is a 10% retreat reasonable? (While typing, QQQQ went to 57.22, and then suddenly fell to 57.10).

that was a beautiful call! Qs already <55.80

Quote from noddyboy:

If selling keeps going, would a flash crash be possible at some breaking point?
It is possible but I would not bet on it. Too many people are expecting it.

I was hoping for a continued downward trend to get at least some relief at the gas pump, but I guess that's not going to happen. Paid about $3.50 last time I got gas!!!

The week isnt even done yet and Im calling for 9 straight up weeks in a row!!!

Tonight earnings from AMZN and MSFT should give a boost to the nasdaq yet again, no need to sell, SPX should close tomorrow above 1310 and move ever so close to 1350!!!!

Nice call!!!!

oil stocks ~ flat despite the general market sickness. the crude jump must be the explanation.

this suggests that the possibility of a major market correction is still ignored by the market participants otherwise the oil stocks would have been hit.
