Well yes, I do think he's an expert on this.

As to consensus: there is scientific consensus, which != "agreement in opinion" or "models converging perfectly." Scientific consensus is a carefully structured procedural property, having to do with statistical significance, effect sizes, meeting conditions of falsifiability, and moving back and forth between theoretical propositions and axioms/hypotheses (depending on what field you're in). It's not a bunch of dudes saying "yeah, we agree."

Obviously, that's different than policy consensus, which has to do with what to do with the insights of the current state of scientific consensus, and here, scientists of course do disagree.

We partially opened 20 states. Markets like it, otherwise we will got Biiig Depression.

However, east coasts blue states postponed till end of May or more. My NJ as well.
