This is funny!!!!

Since I posted this, I failed to explain that I put up half the Cash............$10,080.00..........My friend who is at the derby and waiting for me to get there on Monday Night has put up the rest of the money (His share was $10,080.00)......Posting the profit was a little miscalculated...I was half way through a bottle anyway......I failed to put in my friends cost and split the profits....

Being completely honest I still owe him $80 dollars.....10K in cash is what I gave him last Tuesday when he left.....

The point of the whole Post was to let anyone play along with me......Not bet with me or criticize me!!!!!......It was a great race and my friend and I hit the SUPERFECTA......It's that simple...

Who really cares anyways about the money......Honestly after taxes and fees I really have no clue how much Cash we made......When I get the check in my hand and I talk to an accountant I will Post the after tax gain.....To satisfy you all!!!!!

I was asked to post my outlook for this market.....CASH....I got my dollars hedged and I even closed out my GLD and SLV positions yesterday........

Well I'm still diversified, but the sectors that I'm in are very limited...I bought protective puts during last friday's move on the QQQQ and IWM as a hedge against a Sell in May and go away correction.....This was done mostly because earnings seasons is almost over with and the catalyst for moving the market forward is pretty limited given the dollar decline and the whole world looking overbought except CHINA which looks like the only last short term BULL....I'm still holding my short dollar positions...I have GBP/USD---AUD/USD LONG and USD/JPY----USD/CAD---USD/CHF SHORT......I can't think of a good catalyst for the dollar to gain momentum except for support levels and it being oversold....I sold all utilities and almost all banks (domestic and foreign) the day of the fed meeting (ANZ is my only bank).... I sold my OIH calls on last friday and bought OIH puts at 165 the same day....

Got the anomaly down to 40 or so stocks....:D :D

As you can see, I have sold all my Miners, Transports, Steel, Titanium, Ethanol, Petroleum, Most Chemicals, Gold, Silver, Retail, Building, Machinery and many others....Just going to sit back and wait for a signal to re-enter.....Europe, Russia, S. America, Emerging Mkts. have all been closed out as well....

Very bullish on Coal, Ethanol, and Nat Gas....Waiting for bottoms to be put in

Mildly Bullish on Miners, Consumer Staples, Retail, Telcom and Chemicals

Like I have previously stated....High multiple stocks with no positive catalyst are no place to be....The Nasdaq just broke through the 90 day Moving Average on high volume yesterday....Not a good sign.....And I have Moved to Cash and closed all margin positions except for my hedged dollar.....Yes I did use margin over the last few weeks.....It was very profitable and very uncomfortable....I am not the kind of person who ever uses a credit card, I use my Bank Card....And being on margin was not my style...

The only Country I am bullish on is CHINA....CHINA....CHINA

I have the portfolio down to just a few equities....( A few as in my idea of a few)...And CRAMER still calls out PTR....Petro China...The same day I purchase it back....Talk about timing....He really is the best short term catalyst you can count on....Never chase him, but its great to sell three days after his show...

He then comes out and blesses RTK...RenTech which I smartly sold back on 5/5 around 4.60....Now I don't feel so smart, but I doubt he can get this back above $5.00 in this tape...

Just had my dinner and I will be on the site for a little while.....Questions anyone?

I have yet to zip the excel sheet, but I will try posting again.....Even though I sold around +80% of my holdings......My losses have actually been very small compared to my recent gains.....And I feel like it is 2000 again buying puts on IWM and QQQQ.....Russell 2000 puts are up 342%, Nasdaq Puts are up 250%, OIH puts are up 331%.....Profits on the three are close to 3/4 of a million.....

Good call on china man,

Only china stocks went up today because of currency valuation.

Hows your outlook on the market for the next couple of months

and will you be putting in put positions or short, or will you go on another ski trip :)

What $ amount does your total account currently stand at? The last thing I remember from when the Excels worked was around 12.1m
 
RUSSELL 2000 Index 18 month graph....Moving Average of 50, 90, 200

On 5/5 it looks as if a double top was put in on this index...the 30 Day Moving Average was broken through on strong sell side pressure for the first time in 6 months.....We are hovering right above the 90 Day Moving Average which was last broken through during last Octobers sell off......So there could still be some time to fall.....200 day moving average is still 5% away and we could very easily test this level with the smallcaps if the dollar keeps falling...Get out and wait to re-enter or protect profits or Buy IWM puts for your long small cap positions, Just my two cents on this market.....Small Cap analysis!!!!

Will I be going short?.....No, I just feel it's unethical and unpatriotic.....I like my neighbors.....I can sit out and be just fine....I'm fine taking some New York Hot Shot to the cleaners with my options...:D :D :D

The options were easy to purchase on 5/5 I have read that their has been trouble getting filled on Index Puts this week...Anyone run into this problem?
