You can risk $1 to make millions and still end up losing a truckload of money in the long run. Play the lotto if you are not convinced.

On the other hand you can risk $100 to make $50 and still make money in the long run.

You risk/reward ratio is not a guarantee of profitability, far from it. And yet, most traders naively believe that a 3 to 1 risk/reward ratio is the key to making money consistently.

i generally go by a minimum of 3:7 ratio.

btw anyone know if i can trade spreads on C2? if yes then how?
