Funny they crashed it in one day what could occur in 15 months on my model (see below line "Base Max 4 : T= 15 - Base= 11.07 - Proj= 3.07" where 3.07 is the monthly target in T=15 months) 
As I said a crash in my definition is compression of time: what a compression it was really great: I will keep this example in memory

On weekly chart 8.97 has been broken, normally when a support is broken like this it is retested before trend can resume.

I rarely follow stocks, I only use my model with indices, but theorically it is applicable to any stock. So it is dangerous to short this stock because of the upside potential of this retest which represents nearly 50% of current price
If instead VXGN had opened above the BRK (Break Zone) of 13.85 (see label in light blue) the stock should have made a big rally instead. In general Opening is very important.

I hear you nitro. I started accumulating stock at 11am. Picked up 35,000 at 5.9, only to get stopped out at 5.7 for a nice whopping loss. Doh. Managed to catch the end day move and squeak out a small gain for the day, but really mistimed my original stop.
