This is a complete non event. VXGNE filed for an extension to Nasdaq and was granted one because they named a new CFO and a new auditor. They are going to go back the last 2 years and restate their numbers to the upside to recognize revenues as they come in instead of at completion on their contracts. I don't think the upside will be significant, just some minor adjustments. And for those of you that don't know, the stock was not delisted, they got an E added to their symbol because they missed their filing date. It's actually quite common. The E comes off as soon as they file their 10Q.
