As demonstrated, criminals are in control.

Arrests are not being made either. Forgery is rampant and it is known forgeries are going on all the time.

The banks lobby. Those who play by the rules get screwed by criminal behavior of others.

"Occupy" is a visible, readable manifestation of a request for those in power to be responsible 24/7.

The money people worked for and put into their esssentials for living is "evaporating". The cause of the "evaporation" can easily be assigned to wrong doers.

Now people can express their emotions (in their enviroments) in very tragic ways.

I feel it is a very good that this "American" context has become really rotten to the core.

Madoff was exposed by a powerless person. NOW, most people are powerless too.

I have 9 trades in ES so far today. 10th is underway. I'm taking money away from Wall Street. They don't get it back either.

when we got on TGM this AM, it was pointed out to me that bar 81 P2 was between the T1's on bars 79 and 80, right after the OB on bar 78 which was a J pass and a P1 two point assignment.

So bar 81 was a PP2. Go long

Same on bar 5 Go short

Read about bar 9 elswhere; it was a PP3; T1 btween two P1's. Go long.

Bar 13 was a PP1. Go short. (three P1's accelerating)

reversals on 18 and 24 were LVBO's below prior T1's) Go long then go short.

anbother PP3 on bar 29. Go long

there was a P3F on bar 39. Hold long.

Bar 40 popped into the correct range. Go short ASAP

On the lat BO on bar 46 another ASAP go long.

Long lat with no retro sub fractal sentiment corrections.

Same EE on 69 as on 40 go short.

I may do a 10 city tour in two months. If possible be there.

as you see "good enough" is the way to go.

the current participants have lousy bots running and they have not added logic for walls as yet.

For 2013, if any power people assume any responsibilities the "fit hitting the shan" will not be so severe. BUT the power structure is going to go to "hope" mode and then we are no longer a global power anymore. Americans abroad are screwed even with the cash being kept out of the US.

My plan is having isolation and just helping vets up to then.

short and long on 63 and 69 respectively.

these are same EE's as on the short and longs of 40 and 46.

Lat after 69 delays the assigned P1 until BO on bar 74. The assignment is bar 73 since volume of 73>lat1 on bar 69.
 
open tomorrow is short.

Pragmatically, I go flat on 77.

On 78, margin change will catch a lot of traders who are using most of their RTH margin. This is a call.
