I read one article saying that they had a suspect in custody. Then later, I read that he was dead. What happened? Did they have the wrong guy or did the police kill him or what?

I am no firearm expert, but I am surprised that one shooter armed with 2 handguns could kill 30 people. That seems like very skilled work. He didn't just hit his targets, he hit them with kill shots. It makes me wonder what type of training he had.

i dont yet endorse the article..we have no enough info, but it would not surprise me if something fishy going on. infact i bet good money the guy was somehow related to the military.

As a responsible gun owner, I'm horrified by those damn video games, or anything else that makes light of any recklessness whatever with firearms. That's the real filth in our society the way I see it.

I also believe in visiting the sins of the children on the parents to some extent and I look forward to learning more about who produced this little cancer.

On what happened, feels to me like this is some kind of sick twisted mental thing with this guy trying to prove himself or his love for the schoolgirl but may well be wrong on that - I just can't watch anymore about it. Too alarming and sad.

Also, looks like the school will have a huge liability on the duty to warn issue and delay. Look how long it took for the story to even get on the wires yesterday.

But why stop at carrying a gun. They could all go to class wearing body armour. If a gun is a bit expensive how about a knife ? Maybe a pool ball in a sock perhaps for the really hard up ? A baseball bat ? The possibilities are endless.

They all have drawbacks, the main one, universally, being law abiding persons, in any given situation, are entirely, 100% defenceless.
Its illegal to even use martial arts in most circumstances, in most countries-even against armed attackers.


That, and body armour/chainmail is damn uncomfortable.
