Consider that there's free education for 12 years.
An average human could learn to read, write, do some math, learn a trade and know the globe, a little science, a few cultures, basic crap very easily by sixth or seventh grade. lol.

There are some severely ignorant people running around loose in america.

She prolly got average passing grades in school and knows jack shit and pulls down 45K a year answering phones? Who knows. Maybe she enforces policies and procedures at a biohazards treatment facility. 97K a year gubment job.
