Clearly, much of the general american population has highly limited skills and scope and experience. If you had a company full of 80 individuals of the caliber displayed in this video, and five seasoned managers of average quality, and a few average administrative staff, how could you best make a profit with them?

Look, I love these man-on-the-street interviews as everyone else. It is not representative of the entire country, and they will not show the hopefully 70%+ that answer these questions correctly.
What disturbs me is that people on the street get ANY of these questions wrong on shit like geography. I mean, this is BAD.
NOBODY in this country should be getting it wrong! If they are, then what are our property taxes paying for?!?! It certainly ain't EDUCATION through public schooling! Take away the damned Tik Tok and whatever! Take away their damned cell phones period!

I doubt that they are stupid. They simply don't know how one or another thing works. If someone explained them those things in a proper way, they would know the right answers.
