%%I wonder are there any tools or charts that could help you calculate such risk, lets say you would enter ETF index company list and claim that there's 50% tech crash and/or 30% healthcare crash etc, and it would try to calculate ETF/index worth after such crash. In theory you could do it by yourself but it would be time-consuming.

Someone emailed me back and said i have to fill out a form with IB to be ALLOWED to purchase ETF's but he wasnt clear on what forms i need to fill out. My account is with US IB so i'm looking for guidance from someone in here that knows exactly WHAT form i need to fill out to be allowed to buy etf's on IB. please help someone.
That. Over the last 11 years, averaged and normalized for compounding, that has been a bit over 19% return per year. Granted, that has been an unprecedented bull market and a crash is surely right around the corner, but it will come back up in time, after all that.
