He knows about it because I gave him the link to my message post that gave a detailed explanation about it when @Van_der_Voort_4 tried to manipulate the hospitalization/data out of Ottawa, Canada, same thing someone else tried about the hospitalization/death data out of Kentucky, same thing someone else tried to manipulate the hospitalization/death data out of New York and the same thing someone else tried to manipulate the hospitalization/death data out of Chicago...
For example...they don't understand the differences in the statistics:
- 10 out of 1000 vaccinated versus 7 out of 10 not vaccinated.
Thus, in their head...more people that are vaccinated are being hospitalized.
Yet, the Base Rate Fallacy is only part of the situation especially in Minnesota just as it is in all the other above cities that I've posted more detailed statistics of the hospitalization/death data.
Ignoring the Base Rate Fallacy has been one of the primary anti-vaccine tactics since the 1970s. Yet, a little digging into Minnesota's Covid Hospitalization numbers, as stated, reveals similar data as all the other cities I mentioned above.
Simply, anti-vaxxers are not willing to make the proper statistical adjustments for proper comparison of the vaccinated to those not vaccinated being hospitalized/deaths. Instead, they prefer to look only at the raw numbers as an example I gave above.
Fortunately, I have some connections and can post the actual adjusted data for the groups in Minnesota.

Proportion of Fully Vaccinated Cases, Hospitalizations, and Deaths
Vaccine breakthrough cases (VBT) represent the small portion of cases among people who belong to both the group of people who are COVID-19 cases and the group of people who are fully vaccinated. When we consider the proportion of COVID-19 cases that are VBT, we are not including any information about the larger populations of fully vaccinated or not fully vaccinated people in Minnesota.
There are differences in the population of people who are fully vaccinated and the population of people who are not fully vaccinated.
For example, the vaccinated population in Minnesota is older, more likely to have comorbidities, and more likely to work in high-risk settings.
- This means more people in the fully vaccinated population are at increased risk of developing, becoming hospitalized, or dying from COVID-19.
- Because the populations are different, you would have to make adjustments in order to directly compare them.
- The charts below do not include these adjustments so this comparison of fully vaccinated and not fully vaccinated cases, hospitalizations, and deaths should not be used as a measure of how well the vaccine works.

Last of all, the Covidiots do not want to talk about another fact...those not vaccinated have a higher increased risk of a severe Covid illness and longer hospital stays than those vaccinated that are hospitalized. Simply, the not vaccinated are more likely to push hospitals to their capacity levels.

Read the above, they specifically talk about other charts that do not include the adjustments. I did not use any of those raw number charts but the Covidiots do use them for misinformation...no different than any of the other cities above.

And why does this matter when the NBA and NFL are doing a very poor job at maintaining data on Covid reinfections.
This thread is not that long and I don't have that many message posts in this thread.
Start from the beginning and read each message post until you come to the message post that I talk about the NBA working with genomic sequencing firms while the NFL does not. Just be glad I'm not asking you to look it up on Google. Instead, I'm asking you to read my message posts in this thread...no harm in doing such...right ?
Other than that, I'll leave you with my last message post but I highly recommend that you stop comparing Covid vaccination hospitalization versus not vaccinated hospitalization raw numbers... it's a well-known anti-vaccine tactic.
Instead, re-read my post in this thread about the fallacy involving raw numbers comparisons that you can see what it really looks like when the Covid numbers are properly adjusted as shown in my chart for Minnesota vaccinated versus not vaccinated hospitalization.
I have other charts too but I won't bother to post them...I think you get the point by now. If not...I wish you good luck because I'm not here to educate anybody.

Sadly, when I was in graduate school (Immunology)...the United States had the same poor funding for genomic sequencing of diseases. The rest of the world caught up and passed us.
Ever since... it's been a lot of promises by each new government that we will be leaders in the genomic sequencing field.
I'm not going to hold my breath for that day to happen. Yet, they've been honest enough to say it's not a priority and that the funding is needed elsewhere.
As Trump stated - If there's no testing...there's no Covid (not the exact quote).

That is false.Of the 215,000 covid tests The NFL has administered so far there is only 1 player that both you and I can find that officially tested positive twice.With The NBA only 2.
So over 95% of the players are vaccinated and the unvaccinated players are only found out if they come forward in the press as being re-infected. Your claims are meaningless when there are studies out of nations involving genome sequencing that carefully track reinfections across millions of people -- showing the reinfection rate is significant. While also showing the importance of vaccination in reducing infections -- even with Omicron.
