Under God was added in 1950, fact. The word God and Creator were used also in 1776 in an important document, fact, and at other times the word God has been used.

The pledge was written by socialists...our American heritage is hardly that of socialsm.

You use an example of one founding father to make a generalization of what the other founding father's ideas were?

Read the Declaration of Independence, it properly reflects the thoughts of our founding fathers....

Cult defined:

The atheists are a cult of people who are devoted to the ideas of atheism, and advancing their cause and agenda of atheism. They would reshape society to their vision, and their efforts with the Pledge and other attempts to change society are evidence of their cultish behavior.

Those who do not agree with them are chastised, ridiculed, and attacked as suffering from mental malady.

Certainly organized atheism is a cult.
