I saw one once. I'm not saying it was little green men. But, I'm an amateur astronomer and I'm always looking up. Didn't have time to get a telescope or binoculars onto it. Don't know if you've ever seen a satellite, but they are only visible just after dark or before day break. I was looking up at about midnight, wrong time for satellites, and I saw what looked like a satellite appear, and take a path sort of clockwise around a star. Took about 5 seconds to make a half circle changing course from east to west. It was too high up to be a jet with running lights, and it "spun" too fast to be one anyway. It wasn't a shooting star because it lasted way too long to be so dim and it was constant light...not a flash. Lastly, it couldn't have been a satellite because it reversed course. My best guess is a military plane with cockpit light on and flashing lights off, but as fast as it turned, I think I'd have heard it. I'll never know what it was...
