Much of California is to beautiful to nuke. We need to use a neutron bomb that just removes the varmints (the people) and leaves the state in tact. I for one would be willing to take a harem of beautiful women out to the then unoccupied California to help repopulate the state with people not infected with the 'liberal gene'.
