Actually, nothing that you are stating is credible at all. You seem to lack the critical thinking needed to understand your sources, what they are saying, and the limitations of what it means. Toronto is the #1 destination for recent immigrants in Canada. So there will always be some performance issues for that group initially. Despite that reality, our kids as a whole outperform the kids in North Carolina and most if not all US states. The studies are credible and have no political pretense other then roughly evaluate education standards.
Your racist focus on segmenting out black kids and trying to suggest that Toronto is somehow not diverse because it's not black enough for you are disgusting themes. Diversity means so much more then this American bs about blacks vs whites and scapegoating people. Shame on you as a human being going down this route.
Quite seriously, you seem incredibly dense for a man who thinks he's intelligent.
As usual you merely attack and insult people while not dealing with the facts.
Toronto is a diverse school system including a mix of racial groups. It does not have a high concentration of a single race such as white or black. However Toronto is over-represented by Asians as a demographic. Asians are a demographic group that outperform generally in education due to strong family support for education.
As noted in the article, the achievement gap for blacks in the Toronto School System versus any other race is greater than nearly any school system in the U.S.; hence Toronto is failing badly in the education of blacks. Obviously this is an example of Canadian education failing a minority group far worse than school systems in the U.S.
Maybe it is time that you woke up and fixed the problems in education in your own country before flinging nonsense on the strong results in other countries with diverse populations.
