tws paper error messagge "commodity segment does not exist"

Future orders are working for me now.
Just for the record: This was the second time I had the issue of receiving the error message "commodity segment does not exist" when attempting to trade futures in the paper account for several days. The problem went away without interacting with the IB help desk.
