How the hell is an 18 year old enrolled as a freshman?

States, counties and cities that openly break federal law must have those in leadership charged with the appropriate federal offenses. Single out whomever is in charge and uphold the law. Don't just cut off funds. Prosecute those responsible. I want to see perp-walks and pretty fucking soon.

According to the press they were in an elective class together. It is very common for students of all four class levels (Freshman through Senior) to be placed together in art, theater, and other elective classes. In fact schools are required to do this under federal law. I don't think there are any grounds to charge the superintendent, administrators, and principal with anything. Under federal law they cannot ask about immigration status, nor can they discriminate and not allow students to take elective classes based on age, race, etc.

This was not some ghetto hellhole school. It is in a relatively affluent suburban community, the kind families move to for the schools.

You can understand why elites like the obamas, Clintons, and other wealthy liberals send their own children to high-priced private schools like Sidwell Friends and St. Albans, where the young Al Gore attended. Of course, the $40-60k per year tuition is a bit of a barrier for ordinary people.

Define "ruined". The liberals think they are "improving" everything for the benefit of "all" of us. After all what good is sports unless every participant gets a trophy. We don't want to lower the self-esteem of the overweight kid who can't run, eh?

Where is the bigoted theme in stating that people should take personal responsibility of their actions. Stating that sport contests should have winners and losers is somehow a negative. Is it bigoted to state that competition in sports, business, and other aspects of your life are good. Is there something bigoted about believing that hard-work should have rewards, and those who don't work hard should not reap the rewards. America's rise over two centuries was based on individuals taking risks, starting businesses, competing, and working hard for rewards. These attributes are a sign of a nation rising rather than declining.
