Its too bad that the democrat party believes that the rights of these 'dreamers' outweighs the rights of this young lady.

Jose O. Montano17, and Henry E. Sanchez, 18, are accused of raping the victim in the school bathroom Thursday during school hours."

The Hawaii judge blocked Trump's travel ban because of what Trump said on the campaign trail.

In other words, if somebody else, say Obama, had issued this ban and not said those things on the campaign trail, the order would have been constitutional.

So now judges can determine if an order is constitutional or not by who signed the order.

If this doesn't make a complete mockery of the law then what does?

How can we let congress off the hook on this when they were specifically granted the power to do something about it and yet they don't do anything.

The entire gov't is corrupt to the core.

Liberals are fools who cannot consider the consequences of their actions. Laughing and pointing that Trump 'lost' this fight is about as shortsighted as it gets. When the law is shot to shit, it's not going to be there when they need it. They're too dumb to think a day ahead.
 
Unfortunately, this girl's troubles are just beginning. She is collateral damage in the Democrats quest to ruin this country. Just think, there will be a trial and some liberal lawyer is going to to attack this girl's credibility. Hillary Clinton had a track record of attacking rape victims and she actually thinks it is funny.
 
WTF is a 18 year old man doing in a high school freshman class? Only in the mind of a leftist does this make any sense. This poor girl is ruined for life and all the left cares about is whether or not criminal illegals can find a safe space to run and hide after committing violent crimes.
