I tend to agree that the criminal justice system was far too slow upfront. However, what the media did was much more than push that along. They tried and convicted Zimmerman in a matter of a few days, all based on pure wild eyed specualtion. They poisoned the well to such a degree that attaining "justice" is near impossible. They pushed an obvioulsy biased prosecuter into making an idiotic decision to charge Murder 2, which any first year law student can tear to shreads. So now what we will have is a circus trial which won't go as the street folk would have it. Zimmerman will walk, and the thugs will be out burning down the house shortly there after. That ain't justice!

Justice will be served, it looks like Zimmerman may have acted on self defense, so he will not go to prison. As far as looters go, the cities should let it be known that attempts at mob action will be contained by whatever means necessary.

He will walk, but he's not innocent. He will walk because of a stupid media and a moron for a prosecuter. He never should have followed Trayvon after being told not to. There's enough right there to charge him with aggravated assualt, considering the outcome of his continuing to follow Trayvon. Maybe he get's convicted, maybe he doesn't, but at least the prosecution would have a case.
This is what happens when the media sticks their nose where it doesn't belong. Any violence that comes of this is right in their lap.
