Felon musk is having trouble coming up with SolarCity Gigafactory 2 lies... It seems the plant is just about ready to shut down, Solarcity which Tesla bought from himself and his cousins, for 2 Billion in stocks exchange and assumed 2.9 Billion in Debt, total 4.9 Billion hit for Tesla Shareholders in 2016. Felon had Tesla buy Solarcity from himself and his cousins, at the time of the takeover, Solar city ended up 2016 losing 800 Million and had around 2.9 Billion in Net Debt with only 150 Million cash... This guy is one messed up con artist

Buffalo forked 750 Million in State Subsidies and were promised 1,460 jobs and future investments, Felon has until April 2020 or Buffalo will make an example out of Tesla in court. Which is impossible cause the plant is only for show now, we have to wait until Q1 Earnings to know how bad it got ( how much SolarCity lost in Q1 )... Home Depot don't sell SolarCity through there stores it's been a while, only way to order now is Online or Tesla Stores, rumour has it orders have been uber low

Understanding that Musk’s true product is stories, in my opinion, explains a lot. For example, it’s why there are constant announcements about the next big thing, whether that is a car, a rocket, a hyperloop, or a boring machine. The hype needs to be kept alive. If the story stays alive, it doesn’t matter if they’re losing money selling cars. But if the hype dies, Tesla dies.

Tech poachers. In other EV news, Tesla has sued one of its former employees for allegedly taking trade secrets to his new employer, Chinese electric vehicle maker Xpeng Motors. Eight months ago a different Xpeng hire was indicted by the U.S. government for stealing secrets from Apple. Xpeng's CEO called the latest lawsuit "questionable." Nikkei Asian Review

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't tesla disclose its patents a few years ago for other OEMs to use?

DIdn't want to go into specifics, but I recall them giving free reign of their IP to other OEMs. Maybe patents is the wrong word if it was confidential IP that they disclosed.

Of course I realize it was all a marketing ploy, but they shouldn't be surprised if someone takes them up on the offer?
 
What do you want Tesla owner?? I want a service center that will fix my car correctly the first time. It will be quick and easy to get there. My car should be repaired within one or two days. If I get in a 5 MPH fender bender, I want it repaired within 4 days and the cost of repairs should be under $5,000. Here is the opposite of Elon, but the same outcome...
