It was the Native American indian who was an extreme liberal trying to start something. He banged his drum in the student's face after approaching him. He was probably, trying to provoke him to strike him. Student just laughed at him and now the narrative is the students were disrespecting him. Pathetic bunch of liberal idiots!

The judge maintained that "the words used contain no reflection upon any particular individual" and thus could not be constituted as defamation.

Thirty other statements reported by The Post that Sandmann alleged to have been defamatory are not covered by the reconsidered ruling, and they remained dismissed.



Far from a win

But, Judge Bertelsman said in his new ruling, discovery should be undertaken concerning the "context" of the claims that Sandmann had blocked Phillipps. After discovery, the judge could make a summary-judgment ruling -- or send the case to trial.

If the reporting on Sandmann wasn't libelous, there is not such thing as libelous. Anyone that can't see that the reporting on Sandmann was libelous is a complete and total idiot.

Finally, the slanderous defamatory fake news outlets are having to pay for their fake news dissemination.
