It's staggering how badly this election cycle is working out for Fox. In an ironic imitation of the republican congressional establishment, they have infuriated their most loyal supporters. Do they think all those amnestied Hispanics and Syrian refugees will tune in every night? Because they are losing the rest of us big time.

You can see the strain wearing on Kelly. She is wound way too tight.

It makes perfect sense to Trump to criticize Cruz for being hated by the party bosses. Trump is a dealmaker and you don't make deals by making enemies of people you have to deal with every day. But Cruz made those enemies because he was standing up for us. It kind of makes you wonder how flexible Trump will be.

It's gratifying that Trump and Cruz are the frontrunners because they represent a total repudiation of the party establishment. I wish they would bury the hatchet however and focus on Hillary.

You're correct, he cannot flip those states in a traditional election. This will not be a traditional election if he is the repub candidate. The turnout will be astronomically higher and the overwhelming majority of that turnout will be voting republican. Hillary will get the run of the mill, business as usual dem vote and it will be a Reagan/Mondale type landslide.
The really interesting election is Trump vs. the Berndog. It's full on crazy train if that happens and the turnout will be huge for both sides.

If you are a democrat your only hope for change is Bernie
If you are a republican your only hope for change is Trump

otherwise, if you are still a democrat or a republican, there is no hope you will ever change, it's just a matter of waiting until you all die off (it's the only cure for stupidity.)

She had, apparently, a nervous breakdown after the last debate and simply disappeared for a short time. No self-respecting journalist would hijack a national issue and become the story. It is unseemly and very unprofessional.

Roger Ailes thinks she is a journalist. He thinks Greta van Susteren is a journalist. He thinks Hannity is a journalist.

Murdoch needs to find someone else to run Fox.
