Trump to Boycott Fox Debate

I wouldn't be surprised if FOXNews was setting him up to be sandbagged during the debate.

Here's why Donald will win. When an opponent gets within 10% percentage points of his lead, he attacks them viciously with the truth, and makes it stick. It works. They sink. His opponents try the same, and he's teflon. Happened with Paul, Carly, Carson and now Cruz.

This is why the national head-to-head matchups of Dem versus Trump mean little. In his own words, he hasn't focused on Hillary, or whoever the Democratic nominee is yet. Wait until he does. Hillary has been given a total skate to the nomination. Bernie has been treated with kid gloves. Trump takes no prisoners. He's a master at the art of ridicule, embarrassment and bullying. And I have no problem with that when it comes to Corporate Politicians who intend to destroy this country. They deserve every bit of it, and far more. Americans know this, see it, and love him for it. There's a huge movement of people who absolutely HATE establishment politicians and want to see them exposed, vilified, laughed at and ridiculed on the public stage. Heck, I watched a Trump interview last night and he openly mocked Jeb Bush and the Bush family as pathetic, and it was great. I loved every minute of it.

The error with these types of conclusions with so many candidates in the race has been demonstrated many times. When you eliminate the candidates down to two, and someone has to choose between Hillary and Trump, they may like neither of them but they'll choose one anyway.

Trump wouldn't be my first choice. If you asked me whether I viewed him unfavorably or favorably, I would probably say I view him unfavorably, but this is because I view him in comparison to Cruz. But between him and Hillary, I will certainly vote for Trump.
 
Hillary's ratings are nowhere near as awful as Trump's regarding independents. lol

Here's the big problem the Stupids seem unable to understand: Trump cannot flip the battleground states.
 
I have been pretty supportive of Trump, but I think he is making a mistake going after Cruz so hard. Cruz is not perfect, for example, he was not nearly as strong on immigration as he pretends to be now, but he did stand up to the sellouts in the Senate and House and gave the tea party House members some backbone.

It makes perfect sense to Trump to criticize Cruz for being hated by the party bosses. Trump is a dealmaker and you don't make deals by making enemies of people you have to deal with every day. But Cruz made those enemies because he was standing up for us. It kind of makes you wonder how flexible Trump will be.

It's gratifying that Trump and Cruz are the frontrunners because they represent a total repudiation of the party establishment. I wish they would bury the hatchet however and focus on Hillary.

Trumps ruthless. Anyone that comes within 10-15% points get whacked. Sure, he's narcissistic and loves the spotlight. Whatever. This is all politics. Trump can be sweet one minute and a junk yard dog the next. He admitted in an interview that half the criticism he gives candidates he doesn't mean. One day he depicted Carson as a psychopath and the next he said Ben was honestly an excellent man. He's doing what he needs to do to win.
 
I am more concerned about him alienating Cruz supporters and Cruz himself, who will be very important to Trump. Cruz should be the next Attorney General and possibly go on the Supreme Court.
